90-day satisfaction guarantee

You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange or a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at asmrspain90@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return instructions and address. Please send the product back in its original condition with all accessories (including the USB cable and box).

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your Turbo Haze arrives damaged, defective or isn't the model you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't pay for return shipping.

Return shipping

In all other cases, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
