Questions, answered
How does it work?
Fill the hidden tank with water, plug in the USB cable and press the button. An ultrasonic plate turns the water into cool mist that rolls out of the exhaust while the lights glow.
Is it real smoke?
No. It's cool water mist, just like a regular humidifier. No heat, no smell, totally safe on a desk, nightstand or shelf.
Can I add a scent?
Yes. Add a few drops of any water-soluble essential oil to the tank and the mist carries the scent through the room.
How big is it?
About the size of a 1:24 scale model car, roughly 8 in (20 cm) long. It fits on any desk, nightstand or shelf.
How long does a fill last?
One fill runs for hours – easily a full evening. It shuts off automatically when the tank is empty.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 8–10 business days across the US. You'll get a tracking link by email.
What's the return policy?
90 days from delivery. If you're not happy with your Turbo Haze, email us and we'll arrange an exchange or refund.
